Rates and Terms

Chaos to Calm provides highly experienced, professional staff who are ready to work with you in the most flexible way possible. We consequently offer services on a:

  • ‘Pay as you go’ basis - best for ad-hoc projects and ‘on demand’ tasks, or via a
  • Pre-paid retainer - best for ongoing support - clients opt for a set number of hours per month and receive a specially discounted rate and use of a dedicated team member.

By way of indication, our rates start from:

  • Executive and Virtual Assistance – from £28 per hour
  • Office Management – from £34 per hour
  • Marketing -  from £34 per hour
  • Event Management – from £34 per hour
  • Web Design – from £40 per hour
  • People Recruitment & Development – from £40 per hour
  • Psychometric Testing – from £50 per hour.

Please note:

  • All prices given are purely indicative. Each client receives a bespoke quote based on the requirements and complexities of their particular project.
  • The above rates apply for work carried out virtually between the hours of 8.30am and 5.30pm.
  • Requests for work carried out in the evening or at weekends will be charged at higher rates. When we work on-site a charge will be made for travel time at the relevant rate.
  • Expenses incurred on behalf of a client - for example, but not restricted to, stationery, postage, telephony, printing, psychometric tests etc - will be added to the client’s bill.
  • A discount is provided for not for profit clients.
  • Chaos to Calm charges VAT in addition to the above rates.

As previously noted, all our clients are provided with a bespoke proposal, along with specific costings and full terms and conditions. Clients are asked to sign these before the commencement of any work, thereby protecting the interests of both parties.

Our clients can rest assured that Chaos to Calm takes your confidentiality seriously. We are registered with the Data Protection Registrar and we include a specific confidentiality clause in our terms. We are also happy to sign additional agreements when appropriate.

Chaos to Calm also has liability and professional indemnity insurance.
