• Then, all importantly, help you implement that plan.

Implementation can take many forms but, typically, it involves co-ordinating and delivering on the following areas:

• Ensuring your day to day admin requirements are taken care of - from co-ordinating your diary to organising travel, creating documents and minuting key meetings
• If you have premises, acting as your office manager, ensuring the right policies and procedures are in place - from the look of the office to how information is stored and ensuring you are compliant with the latest health and safety legislation
• Ensuring your online marketing is operating effectively - ie. website, social media and social networking, blogs, pay per click etc
• Ensuring your offline marketing material is up to date - eg. business cards, brochures, presentations etc
• Making sure you are attending and following up on the right networking opportunities
• Identifying and applying for appropriate tender and grant opportunities
• Managing your event requirements - eg. seminars, roundtables, corporate entertainment
• Helping you recruit, manage and develop the right employees and contractors
