Chaos to Calm will:

• Maximise the use of renewable energy and only use offsetting as a last resort.
• Monitor and reduce Chaos to Calm's carbon footprint and improve energy efficiency.
• Work with other businesses to help them reduce their carbon emissions.
• Work remotely wherever possible to minimise travel miles.
• Use public transport when travelling whenever possible.
• Switch off all electrical equipment when not required.
• Use environmentally friendly suppliers/goods (eg. for stationery and cleaning products) wherever possible.
• Will not work with businesses we believe engage in unethical practices.

Disposal of Waste Products

Paper, board and plastic: All items which fall into this category are recycled.

Compostable items: All items which can be composted such as vegetation and shredded papers are composted.

Computer equipment and peripherals: Useable equipment is data cleaned and then donated to a local school or charity. Other items are collected together and taken to the council recycling centre.

Printer cartridges: Whenever possible, printer cartridges are donated to charities for re-charging.
