What You Can Expect

My main tenet is that I keep my promises - ie. I do what I said I was going to do, when I said I was going to do it.

This means you can be sure I will:

  • Work hard to understand your business and what you want from it
  • Think strategically while also delivering on your essential operational and administrative needs
  • Be happy to act as your trusted sounding board and brainstorming partner
  • Care about your business like it was my own – so I'll be celebrating with you when you win that key contract, complete that tough project or hire that great member of staff!
  • Make every effort to integrate effectively and openly with your existing team
  • Provide a totally bespoke service – each project is approached in its own right with no pre-conceived solutions
  • And, never take on an assignment unless I'm confident I can fulfill it to the highest standard. (If I can't help I’ll do my best to point you in the right direction.)

I will also:

  • Produce a bespoke project proposal with clear parameters and terms, which both of us will sign-off on before proceeding further
  • Act as your central point of contact, regardless of whether Chaos to Calm Associates  are involved in the delivery of your project
  • Provide a clear charging structure so you know exactly what you’re paying for
  • Respond promptly to emails, within 24 hours
  • Retain appropriate liability and professional indemnity insurances
  • Maintain my Data Protection registration, where appropriate
  • Treat all work with strict confidentiality – while my client and associate agreements have specific confidentiality clauses I am happy to sign additional agreements, as appropriate
  • Be flexible enough to work on-site with you when you need it.

Take action!

If I sound like the kind of honest, straightforward and enthusiastic business partner you’ve been looking for why not email me to organise a FREE no-obligation business health-check .
