  • An initial, no-obligation meeting – during this discussion we are keen to hear from you what your pressure points are. We will also work through our ‘Chaos to Calm checklist’ of potential action areas.
  • An honest assessment of how we can help you – although it hasn’t happened so far, we will never take on an assignment we don’t feel confident we can fulfil. If we can’t help, we will do our best to point you in the right direction.
  • A senior point of contact – all our projects are overseen by our Managing Director, assisted by a team selected for their relevant experience and skill-set. Our MD makes a point of checking service levels on a monthly basis and is always available by phone or email.
  • A professional team – all our Associate members are committed to their Continuing Professional Development. They also have appropriate liability and professional indemnity insurance, are registered with the Data Protection Registrar and have confidentiality clauses in their Associate and client agreements.
  • A clear project plan – we submit a clear project proposal, along with our terms and conditions, to each client. Both parties sign off on this before proceeding further so there is no confusion about what we will deliver.
  • A cost efficient solution – you only pay for the hours we work and, unlike a permanent member of staff, we don’t cost you additional money in terms of National Insurance, sick pay, holiday pay, training or other ‘added extras’.
  • A clear charging structure – all our clients receive a breakdown of the time spent on various projects with each invoice so they know exactly what they have paid for.
  • A flexible solution – we can work from your premises or remotely; we can also provide you with support out of usual office hours and across time zones.
  • A regular and reliable resource – while we are happy to take on one-off projects, we often work with our clients on an ongoing basis, giving greater reassurance than temporary staff (and minus the agency fees).
