Stephanie Windsor BSc(Hons), MSc(OccPsy) – Managing Director

Stephanie is the Managing Director and Founder of Chaos to Calm Consulting. She has a passion for helping small finance companies achieve their goals and has a particular interest in business development, business strategy and people recruitment & development.

Prior to establishing Chaos to Calm, Stephanie was one of the founding members of SVG Capital’s public equity division, helping to raise assets under management from zero to over £300 million. She also spent seven years as a Director-level Executive Assistant and line manager with one of the world’s largest institutional asset managers, UBS Global Asset Management. Prior to this, she was an Office and Events Manager, facilitating events in the UK and overseas on behalf of prestigious organisation such as the European Science Foundation. She also worked as a journalist at a leading financial magazine.

Stephanie has a Masters degree in occupational psychology and an honours degree in psychology. She also has a Certificate in Stress Management and is certified by the British Psychological Society to provide ability and aptitude testing.

Stephanie is an Affiliate Member of the Association of Business Psychologists (ABP), The Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) and the Association for Coaching (AC). She has Associate Membership of the International Stress Management Association (ISMA) and is a Member of the Institute of Directors (IoD) and Federation of Small Business (FSB).

Through Stephanie, Chaos to Calm is also a member of the International Association of Virtual Assistants (IAVA), The Institute of Qualified Professional Secretaries (IQPS), the UK Association of Virtual Assistants (UKAVA) and the Association of Professional Declutterers and Organisers (APDO-UK).

Richard Windsor IEng, MIED – Creative Director

Richard joined Chaos to Calm in 2006 and is our Creative Director, managing both web design and our separate specialist engineering division.

Richard is a professionally qualified Mechanical Design Engineer with extensive design, product development and project management experience. He has worked in a wide range of industries and disciplines, having worked with leading firms such as Marshall Specialist Vehicles, Marshall Aerospace, Desoutter, Avdel Textron, British Aerospace and Royal Ordnance, where he obtained his Certificate of Apprenticeship and Apprenticeship Deeds.

Richard has an HND in Mechanical Engineering, is a Member of the Institute of Engineering Designers and is registered as an Incorporated Engineer.

Richard has a passion for website design and the application of technology to improve the performance of small businesses.
