I'm Stephanie Windsor, founder of Chaos to Calm - welcome to my online home!

If you don’t already know me, I specialise in helping solopreneurs and owners of small consultancy firms operate and grow their businesses quickly, efficiently and with the minimum of fuss.

Typically this means I work with specialist advisers - from IFAs to investment consultants, venture capitalists, business coaches, management consultants, executive coaches and trainers - who:   

• Are running a successful business but don’t have the time or resources to take the next step or have a sensible work-life balance
• Are wrestling with too many commitments and are worried that key tasks – from administration to client liaison, marketing or recruitment – are falling through the cracks
• Want to outsource their day to day administration and business management, either on a permanent or temporary basis, but haven’t yet found a partner with the skill set and initiative to take on such a varied position. 

 While some clients like me to act as their ‘right hand’ person, overseeing all aspects of their business management, others prefer to select from a menu of services including  executive PA support, office streamlining & efficiency, marketing support, tender and grant writing, event management, and recruitment and development. I achieve all this by working in close partnership with my clients and, for larger scale projects, drawing on my fantastic team of Associates and Specialist Partners.
